"The song was actually written on one of the early tours! It's exciting to be releasing the song mid way through this epic 80 concert world tour. It's going to be our first time touring the USA so it's good to have a new song out.

Here's how the song was written. The first times being on tour we became even more proud of our culture when we saw audiences in France, Switzerland, Sweden, UK and other countries all joyously dancing to our music which has strong roots in Malawian traditions and traditional dances. We were in a studio in Margate and the producer asked us if we had a song we wanted to record and we just made the song up right there in the studio! We always loved the way the song came out and are really excited to be finally sharing it with the world!

The Producer is Johan Hugo. He founded a band called The Very Best with a Malawian singer Esau Mwamwaya. That is where the connection to Malawi comes in. He's produced a few albums for Baba Maal including the most recent one. He produced that really cool collaboration between The Very Best, Beatenberg, Mumford and Sons and Baba Maal and also the recent album with Self Esteem. It's a different production style to our other songs and we can't wait to see the response from the public.

The lyrics of the song are super simple. Let's be proud of our our dances. Let's be happy and have a good time with our dances."
